Service Provider

FocusBell is a Pomodoro timer and focus tool provided by Zenith Apps. By using FocusBell, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Free and Premium Tiers

FocusBell offers a free tier and premium plans:

• Free: Full Pomodoro timer, quick presets, task labels, streak tracking, session history, and pause/resume.
• Pro (Monthly/Annual): Ambient sounds, advanced statistics, unlimited session history, and priority support.
• Pro (Lifetime): All Pro features with a one-time payment, including all future updates.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

Lifetime Plan & Refunds

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features, including future updates. As a digital good delivered immediately, lifetime plans are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FocusBell for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.

Limitation of Liability

FocusBell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zenith Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
